At ALPAKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
